Package Relevance Protocol


The following protocol details the package relevance scoring system.

[Relevance] % = [Total Points]/[Maximum Possible Points]

Facet must be selected to count towards relevance.

Packages of equal relevance are randomly ordered for each new search in a way that avoids prioritizing any specific seller.

Relevance Color Codes:
Full Match (100%)
High Match (70% to <100%)
Partial Match (40% to <70%)
Low Match (>0% to <40%)
No Match (0%)

Zipcode Enter US zip code Matches packages with providers in the same state as zip code. 15
Installation and Assurance Toggle Required Packages including installation and assurance get full points 5
Customer Engagement Network-Eligible Packaged Systems Toggle Required Customer Engagement Network-Eligible Packaged Systems get full points 2
Size (kW) Enter target size (kW) and allowed range (%) Matches packages with size within range (entered size ±range%). Full 10 points at target size decreasing to 6 points on the edge of the range.
Package greater than 150% of size

Packaged System Footprint Set one or more:

Packages that are within the selected footprint get full points.

Height is only compared with height.

If only length or width is selected, it is only compared against the shorter package length and width dimensions, unless ">50" is selected, which is compared against the longest length or width package dimension.

If both length and width are selected, The longest is compared to the longest package length or width dimension while the shorter of the 2 are compared.
