Founded in March 2014, Vergent Power Solutions, Inc is the exclusive distributor for Capstone Turbine Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer of microturbine energy systems. VPS develops CHP and prime power projects 30kW-10MW using clean and reliable microturbine technology, while servicing the 100+ operating microturbine assets in our fleet. The principals at VPS have over twenty years of Capstone Turbine experience combined, having served in management, sales and technical roles at the Factory prior to starting the distributorship. Our staff includes sales professionals, engineers, and service technicians. VPS is a project developer, not simply an equipment seller. VPS works directly with end users in a multitude of market verticals including Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Government, Commercial Office, Multi-Unit Residential, Industrial, Biogas, Agricultural, and Critical Power and Data Center. VPS can offer a Power Purchase Agreement to most CHP customers. |

Application Engineering: VPS has engineering resources to size and design the CHP equipment, incorporate heat recovery equipment for hot water, steam and chilled water heat recovery, and integrate the CHP system into the facility’s HVAC and electrical systems. We have relationships with third party suppliers of hot water and steam generation equipment and absorption chillers that we leverage to design the most efficient total system for the customer. VPS also designs, builds and installs custom control packages. After-Market Services: VPS performs startup and commissioning services of the microturbine equipment and controls programming and integration. VPS also provides after-market service and maintenance through our field service team through both long-term contracts and on a time-and-materials basis. We inventory spare parts in our leased office/warehouse space throughout our territory. We offer long term Factory Protection Plans from five to twenty years. |
