E-Finity Distributed Generation is the exclusive Capstone Microturbine distributor for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United and prides itself as an industry leader in distributed generation, combined heat and power, and microgrid applications. For over 30 years, E-Finity’s team of in-house application engineers, project managers, and site-safety personnel collaborate on projects to support in the design and management of distributed generation projects. At present, E-Finity maintains over 650 Turbines throughout the U.S. A high percentage of their customers are under the company’s factory protection plan (FPP), a fixed rate, and all-inclusive maintenance plan offered to the end user. The plan also includes E-Finity’s remote monitoring system (ERMS), which allows E-Finity technicians to monitor, remotely troubleshoot, and upgrade turbines using factory software tools as well as provide end users with real-time operating data such as kWh and BTU production. |
