In 1985, with a goal of reducing energy costs and a commitment to the environment, Dalkia Aegis, EDF Group began offering the most efficient process in energy production—cogeneration, or also know as Combined Heat and Power (CHP). With a proven track record, and a knowledgeable, experienced engineering and technical staff, you can count on Dalkia Aegis to provide highly efficient CHP technology to your facility as many others have already done.
Dalkia Aegis is accountable for every part, every process and every projection. Unlike many other CHP providers in the industry, we provide a single source of accountability. Immersed in your project beginning with consultation and concept, you can count on Dalkia Aegis to maintain the same level of responsiveness and commitment through to construction, completion and beyond.
With nearly 1,000 CHP system installations in the United States, we have helped our clients save on energy costs while dramatically reducing emissions.
The maintenance period under the agreement begins upon the system startup. The period timeline is 60 months. If the buyer of the maintenance agreement would like to terminate, it can be no less than 30 days from the written notice of the seller, also the buyer does not need to require termination.
In the category of maintenance service charge, each of the Yammer units is thirty-five for the first 12 months of the period of the maintenance agreement, with a flat rate of $0.75 cents. The hour of operation is 8,760 during the 12 months.
