| S&C Electric is a 110 year old American based company with a Non-Wires Alternatives and Microgrid Team. Our capabilities include the delivery of Microgrids, which can be CHP based, and can provide turnkey solutions. S&C has over 3,000 employees and our company is employee owned. We have 16 Microgrids commissioned which support over 50MWs of generation. S&C is unique in that we have our own Advanced Microgrid Control System called Gridmaster. Our projects can include other Distributed Energy Resources such as solar and battery storage. Our preferred project size is 2MW to 20MW, but we are open to projects outside of that range. Through our partners we can Design, Build, Own, Operate and Maintain a CHP based Microgrid. We have a 24/365 Network Operating Center, with a mirror site, which can monitor operations. |

| S&C can offer comprehensive projects which can be structured in various ways such as an ESA, PPA or other structured financial vehicle. Programs such as C-PACE, if eligible, can be explored to determine if that program offers a unique advantage to your project. |
| Assurance Plan |
| S&C offers Assurance Plans of 5 years or more either directly or through our development partners. S&C is a Microgrid Developer so our projects often include CHP, but also other Distributed Energy Resources. We work with our clients to understand their goals for risk mitigation and offer either directly or through partners (such as OEMs and their Long-Term Service Agreements) an assurance plan that delivers the desired outcome. These assurance plans can include the complete outsourcing of your energy infrastructure or targeted systems. Since requirements are unique, so are the programs offered. S&C will work with you, our client, to develop a customized program to meet your specific needs. |
